"Mahogany is the absolute best I’ve had the pleasure of working with!!! I recently changed to State Farm from Travelers and was looking for an insurance company that could provide me with a great customer service experience and the best deal possible. "Very nice, very helpful and very professional. Was with my last insurance broker for 20yrs unfortunately I had to leave them because progressive treated our family like crap. I love Savanah ❤️ she helped me to get great affordable insurance. She was very polite and patient she listed to all my issues and helped me in so many ways. I am so happy I took a chance and called them just to get a quote now hopefully I have found a new home for my insurance needs. Btw I do not recommend Connie at Rita Johnsons state farm. They was very rude and very unprofessional!!!!!!"

"Don’t even know where to start…Brittany not only failed to provide the coverage that we specifically discussed and agreed upon (Discovered on my own but have been paying for unnecessary coverage for……..?), she sent the form twice with the same car information instead of one each vehicle. Instead of sending the corrected form (correcting HER error)for the other vehicle she texted and left a voicemail stating my coverage would change(increase) without the form. I also discovered I was being billed for a vehicle I only did an online quote on. Was never contacted regarding the coverage or amount.She did reverse the billing. Prior to this discovery I also spoke with her about purchasing life insurance. I asked her to email the info explaining my hectic work schedule so I could view when I had the extra time. Instead the following day she called twice, left text and voicemail and proceeded for the following 3 days!! I simply would like to pay for only what I requested and not feel harassed/pressed. I will be switching to a different office rather than leaving StateFarm after years. Wow! I have voicemails from Brittany discussing the matter on several dates. The fact that you took the time to respond with several lies is just mind blowing!"

From what I have researched, the issue began well before Brittany was employed in our office. Before she was with me, she was with another tenure agent for over 20 years. She represents the most experience in our office. The issue started with a request put in by after hours. We have reached out numerous times to correct these issues we inherited. All of our follow-up attempts and notes have been well documented. As far as the life insurance. We take this very seriously and in most cases need pretty specific information to quote you accurately and in a timely manner. I am disappointed you interpreted our prompt and persistent nature as harassing… but in our experience our habits of persistency has helped people make decisions with life insurance that have impacted their families in a very positive way! That’s our philosophy. If our office is a poor match for you that is okay. We will transfer you to your agent of choice. Before we do that however, I would love the opportunity to alleviate the situation. Thank you, Jake"

"I pay more for this insurance than I would somewhere else on the promise of excellent customer service. What a waste of money. "Roadside Assistance" abandoned my wife last week on the center wall of I75 south after the person they sent didn't know how to change a tire. Just left her there. I had to go rescue my wife myself. We made it home 4 hours later. Since being switched to Jake Stanley's team last year I have also never heard a word from them. Not satisfied."

"Jake Stanley’s team in the Newnan office is the BEST! I can’t say enough about everyone there but I have to brag a little on Ms Jenny N. Talk about exceeding customer service, let me tell you, she is so easy to talk to, always has the right answer, and extremely responsive. I’ve recently called regarding a claim, claim was in process to be resolved and was resolved very promptly. Ms Jenny went above and beyond to call and check on us to ensure we were ok during the entire process. She randomly calls and ask if everything is ok and always share new products/services with me. I appreciate her positive attitude and patience. If I don’t understand something, she breaks it down for me and I say oh…I got it now. Thank you Ms.Jenny N."

"Told me I had to have both vehicles or I would loose my insurance. If you wanna get screwed over come here!!!"

There was some information gathered that conflicted with your previous insurance reports making it impossible for us to quote an accurate rate. We do not connect eligibility with having to have multiple vehicles with us. A multi car discount does help the cost, but not eligibility."
